Not what I expected

I order Tamarindo shawl kit : I expected, after I choose the wool color, that they’ll send all the woolballs that I needed to make the scarf. But there was only one . Even if the quality of the wool was so good, I was disappointed because I expected a complete kit for that price. In my opinion the order process was not clear. Even though I really appreciated that I could get the order back and have a complete refund.
